Managing Director
Will joined H&D in 2010, originally as a paraplanner but progressed to become a fully diploma qualified financial adviser, and now the Managing Director. When he is not helping clients, he can be found following or playing football or watching a good film.
Will is married with two young children.
Financial Adviser
Claire qualified in 2008 and joined us in June 2021 having spent previous 11 years providing financial advice to medical professionals. Claire specialises in pension and investment advice including estate planning. Claire prides herself on being personable and providing strategic professional advice by combining expertise with common sense. Claire is quick to adapt to any changes her clients have by reviewing their goals on an ongoing basis.
Outside of work Claire enjoys staying active and exploring the great outdoors with family and friends. She plans to conquer the paddle board one day!
Financial Adviser
Mick Pettitt joined us in August 2016, having previously spent 29 years with NatWest. He qualified as a Financial Adviser in 2001 and went on to work in NatWest’s Private Banking and Independent Financial Services, dealing with High Net Worth clients. Mick works in partnership with his clients ensuring that they are always fully informed and happy with the financial planning he arranges for them. His expertise focusing mainly on Investments, Pensions and Inheritance Tax Planning.
Outside of work, Mick coaches youth football and is a season ticket holder at Gillingham. He also enjoys playing golf and cricket. Mick is married with two teenage children and loves to travel when the opportunity arises.
Operations Director
Carol works hard to keep us all connected and communicating, not just with our clients, but with each other internally, creating an extremely productive environment that helps us to keep working as smartly as possible. Having worked at the firm for several years now, Carol is well-versed in all that we do and allows us to provide a holistic end-to-end service for our clients.
Senior Administrator
Sue has been with us since 2014. She is always open to learning new things and goes the extra mile to help everyone.
